Youngster.co connects tech savvy juniors to people that need help with technology.
We do this in person or through phone and video calls.
How does Youngster.co work?
We organise sessions where youngsters and elders connect via video to solve problems elders might have with their technology.
Will my problem be solved?
Nearly all questions presented are answered promptly. Occasionally our Youngsters can't answer perfectly, and will need to conduct some brief research to figure it out.
We have a range of Youngsters, who vary in areas and levels of expertise. In the event of an especially tough problem, it is likely one of them can help.
Is Youngster.co safe?
Yes, it is. Every Youngster must pass a comprehensive interview to verify their courtesy, attentiveness, knowledge and general suitability. Once accepted, they then complete Australian Police checks and a basic induction training.
We believe this ensures our youngsters are safe to be around.
How much does it cost?
It costs $55 for a session with a youngster. We only accept your payment if you are satisfied with the effort, courtesy and problem solving the Youngster showed.
Can you run face to face sessions?
Because of COVID-19, we only offer sessions over video or phone calls.
